Pricing
All items are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), includes GST, excludes freight, any other sales tax and duties, exchange rates differences, insurance and handling charges unless stated.
Ordering
Goods from this website will remain the property of EllA until they are fully paid for. EllA accepts Credit Card and Direct Bank Deposit and payments over the phone. Credit Card payments are manually processed through the PayPal Here facilities. When you order from this website, you agree to pay the stated price for that product and applicable shipping charges. Your details are respected and treated with care and protection.
Delivery times and Processing
Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 4 days from the time of shipment. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra day depending on your location.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 24-48 hours of the next business day.
When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at office@ella-fashion.com
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us and is treated with great respect. Your account information is protected by password, processed and stored in secured facilities where access is limited to authorized staff. We follow accepted industry standards to protect information submitted to us but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Taxes and Currency
Note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency. Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Availabiltiy of Items
In the occasion that items may be sold out at the time of purchase due to stock quantities not being updated in real time, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
Changes to your Order
We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once your order has been placed - but our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at office@ella-fashion immediately.
If your order has already been shipped, EllA accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
