Shipping + Returns


Please be mindful with the selection of your purchases. We do not refund if you’ve changed your mind.

However, if you find the garment does not fit or has manufacturing faults, we do offer full refund or exchange on full priced items providing items are returned within 7 days of notification at your own postage cost.

Refunds are only applicable if Items are returned in their original condition - which is unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached.

Items which have been purchased through an external retail boutique, unfortunately can t be returned to us but will need to be handled with the place of purchase.

No refunds will be offered on sale or discounted items, but we will happily exchange these items within 7 days.

In the unlikely event that you will find your item faulty we will make sure it will be repaired and sent back to you with no further postage fee - or we offer a refund on this item.

Any claim for damage to items received or shortage in shipment must be notified to EllA via email within 48 hours of receiving goods; claims after this period will be rejected.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for import taxes or delays due to customs.
