Shipping + Returns
Please be mindful with the selection of your purchases. We do not refund if you’ve changed your mind.
However, if you find the garment does not fit or has manufacturing faults, we do offer full refund or exchange on full priced items providing items are returned within 7 days of notification at your own postage cost.
Refunds are only applicable if Items are returned in their original condition - which is unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached.
Items which have been purchased through an external retail boutique, unfortunately can t be returned to us but will need to be handled with the place of purchase.
No refunds will be offered on made to measure garments.
No refund will also be offered on sale or discounted items, but we will happily exchange these items within 7 days.

Free shipping within Australia
Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost and need to provide a self adressed post satchel (or altenatively pay for postage) for us to send the garment back.

Please note that the amount of time that the shipment takes to arrive is an approximation. All orders are sent through Sendle or Australia Post (unless otherwise specified by the buyer). EllA
is not responsible for any delays that the courier incurs. We don't take responsibility for goods stolen once delivered to your door. It's always a good idea to have your purchases delivered to your place of work to ensure you receive your special purchase. We do specify that packages are left in a secure place out of the weather.
